The body functionality intervention in both the focused and multitasking conditions were effective at improving body satisfaction and appreciation of appearance, compared with the control group. In this ongoing program evaluation study, using both qualitative interviews and quantitative online surveys, we explored the sense of community and feelings of caregiver stress and satisfaction among adult health providers in Appalachia (specifically, Eastern Tennessee). The program focused on mathematics, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills and also included a discernment module, providing students an opportunity to reflect on their academic and career goals. Here we report on using blockchain technology to track development of students' skills in research/critical thinking, data literacy/technology, communication, teamwork, and professionalism/time management.
